I’ve changed my mind, can I return my dress?

Absolutely! We accept returns for change of mind as long as the following is met: 

  • Customer contacts our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving packaged items
  • Purchased items are unworn and have no sign of any wear or tear
  • Purchased items are returned with all security tags and labels intact and untampered with
  • Purchases are returned at the expense of customer. Cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed 

If for any reason returned do not meet the above criteria, refund will be void and purchased item(s) will be sent back to the customer.

Can I exchange my dress for a different size?

We can not do a direct exchange although you are welcome to return your dress for a refund and repurchase the correct sizing. 

I can’t find my size, what can I do?

If, for any reason, your size is not available or is out of stock at that moment, please reach out to us, and if there’s anything we can do, we will work with you to find the best possible solution for you.

Where are Once Labeled dresses made?

Every single Once Labeled gown is designed and handmade inside our Brisbane studio by our couture-level seamstresses who specialise in and only craft Bridal and formalwear.

Does Once Labeled ship formal dresses internationally?

We do! Our gowns are available both within Australia and worldwide. All dresses are shipped via AusPost and its global partners.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $200 AUD will receive free complimentary express shipping within Australia. All International orders are subject to a shipping fee of $80 AUD.
